Use of Site

SMML authorizes you to view and download the materials at this Site only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You may not modify the materials at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them or any part of them for any public or commercial purpose without the written permission of SMML. Payments and Transaction Fees

SMML provides users with an electronic payment service that allows for the online payment of transactions offered by SMML. SMML is only granted authorization to charge the user’s Card for the relevant transaction conducted. SMML and its contracted service providers shall maintain strict confidentiality in relation to any card information that is provided by a customer to facilitate an online transaction. A transaction fee (“Convenience Fee”) is charged for each transaction conducted using our online payment Service. The Convenience Fee will be disclosed to you prior to making an online payment and you will be given the option of not proceeding with the payment and transaction if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee.

We will only process the transaction if you agree to pay the Convenience Fee. It is to be noted that if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee, there are alternative methods to make payments such as in person at SMML with cash and/or cheques. SMML reserves the right to discontinue the Service at any time.
