Website Giveaway 2023

Giveaway Rules:

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to any small/micro business located in Trinidad and Tobago
   
2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must complete the following steps:
   • Like and Follow @secondmountaintt on Instagram and Facebook.
   • Like and share the contest post
   • Nominate a small business below who could benefit from this amazing opportunity.
     
3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants who have completed all entry requirements. The winning comment   will win the prize for the business nominated.
   
4. Announcement: The winner will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
   
5. The Prize:
   • The prize includes
     • 1 Static Landing Page Design & Development
     • Domain Registration for this website for 1 year (October 1st 2023 – September 30th 2024)
     • Website hosting for this website for 1 year (October 1st 2023 – September 30th 2024) on the Brizy Cloud Website CMS
   • The Prize Does Not include:
     • Any additional services from Second Mountain Marketing Limited.
     • Multiple pages
     • eCommerce, blogging or any other dynamic content out of the scope of a single landing page website.
   • Claiming the Prize: The winner will be contacted and must respond within 48 hours of the announcement. If the winner does not respond within the stipulated time a new winner will be chosen.
6. Prize Usage: The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
   
7. Multipage Websites: If the winner wishes to develop a multipage dynamic website instead of a static single landing page this must be communicated BEFORE the design of the prize takes place. In this case only, a discount of  $2500.00 TTD will be applied to the total cost of the multipage website development project and Second Mountain Marketing Limited’s regular website development terms and conditions will apply
   
8. Ownership: Ownership of the website will be transferred to the winner upon completion of development.
   
9. Hosting & Domain Renewal Costs: The Hosting & Domain registration of the landing page will be done through Second Mountain Marketing Limited and will be free for 1 year period (October 1^st 2023 – September 30^th 2024). If the winner wishes to continue hosting the website with Second Mountain Marketing Limited after the free period is completed, the cost for hosting & domain registration renewal will be $1350.00TTD per year. The billing cycle starts on October 1^st 2024 and will continue yearly until cancelled by the winner. The winner is now considered a client and Second Mountain Marketing Limited’s regular hosting terms and conditions will apply.
   
10. Website Hosting & Domain Transfer: The winner is free to transfer the website to their own webhost & domain registrar at their own expense at any time after the website has been launched. At that point the free hosting and domain will cease.
     
11. Expiration & Deletion: If no renewal or website transfer is done, the page will go offline as at 1^st November 2024 and be permanently deleted as at 30^th November 2024.
12. Publicity: By participating, entrants grant permission for Second Mountain Marketing Limited to use their business name and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
13. Compliance: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to the giveaway.
14. Data Privacy: Any personal information collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
15. Disqualification: Second Mountain Marketing Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activities.
