- Eligibility
- Open to new and existing clients of SMML.
- Limited to 12 website build slots during the promotion period.
- Offer Details
- Includes up to 3 static web pages (example: Home, About/Services, Contact).
- Responsive design (mobile-friendly).
- One (1) contact form connected to client email.
- Basic on-page SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags).
- One (1) round of design revisions.
- Delivery: 5 business days after the client provides all required content.
- Exclusions
- Offer applies to static pages only.
- E-commerce stores, online payment systems, booking platforms, membership portals, or blogs are not included.
- Domain registration, hosting, email setup, advanced SEO, custom graphics, logo design, and copywriting are also not included but may be purchased separately.

- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all text, images, and branding before the project start date.
- Delays in content submission will extend the delivery timeline.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate, legal, and non-infringing.
- Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit (TT$1,500) is required to reserve a slot.
- Balance is due before the website goes live.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Maintenance & Support
- Post-launch support for 7 days (bug fixes, form testing, small tweaks) is included.
- Ongoing WordPress maintenance plans are available from TT$350/month (includes backups, updates, monitoring, and minor edits). Brizy hosting is maintenenece free!
- Cancellation
- If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited.
- If SMML cannot deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded in full.
- General
- SMML reserves the right to update or end this promotion at any time without notice.
- Confirming a project under this promotion means the client agrees to these terms.
